Our Azure managed services adhere to the principles of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, in compliance with its three cloud operations disciplines: Inventory and Visibility, Operational Compliance, and Protection and Recovery.
By establishing and maintaining Azure controls and processes in line with Microsoft’s recommendations and best practices, we can ensure that your Azure environment is well-managed at all times. There are three a2zManaged tiers available: Free, Standard, and Premium.
The basic tier of a2zManaged is provided free of charge to BUI CSP customers only. It includes selected Managed Support Services, a Power Hour, a Service Review, and the option of the BUI Cloud Management Platform* as an add-on.
* The BUI Cloud Management Platform enables customers to manage and monitor their private, public, hosted, and hybrid cloud resources through a single interface. It has fine-grained functionality for cloud orchestration, governance, policy administration, cost management, and reporting, as well as self-service capabilities for real-time, granular control.
The core tier of a2zManaged is designed for customers who want BUI to manage their Azure environment with a defined service-level agreement (SLA). It includes baseline and enhanced baseline management, with an emphasis on platform operations and workload operations.
The top tier of a2zManaged is designed for customers who want BUI to manage their Azure environment with a defined SLA and an additional focus on infrastructure security. It includes everything in the Standard tier (baseline and enhanced baseline platform and workload management) as well as the following:
